Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Instashorts. In these terms, "Instashorts," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Instashorts service, which is operated in Denmark.
By creating an account, signing in, buying tokens or a subscription, submitting content, or using Instashorts, you agree to these terms. If you use Instashorts for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us as soon as possible.
The Service
Instashorts lets you create, preview, save, export, and manage short-form videos. Depending on the feature you use, you may submit prompts, scripts, links, titles, media selections, caption settings, and other generation preferences.
Generated results can vary from run to run and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them.
Your Content
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, transform, display, export, and store your content and generated outputs as needed to provide and operate Instashorts.
- You are responsible for the prompts, scripts, links, source material, titles, captions, exports, and other content you submit or publish.
- You must have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit source content and use generated outputs.
- You must review generated videos before publishing, especially for factual claims, third-party rights, likeness, privacy, advertising, sponsorship, and platform policy issues.
- You must comply with third-party platform rules that apply to source material, including YouTube and Reddit rules where those platforms are involved.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Instashorts to break the law, infringe rights, misuse the service, bypass technical restrictions, access another user's data, or interfere with the service or its providers.
- Do not submit illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, hateful, deceptive, malware-related, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information unless you have the right to do so and the information is necessary for the video you are creating.
- Do not use generated outputs to impersonate people, mislead viewers, violate intellectual property rights, or evade another platform's policies.
- Do not resell, rent, or provide access to Instashorts in a way that exceeds the account or plan you purchased.
Tokens And Billing
Instashorts uses tokens to meter video generation. Token packs and subscription plans are shown in the product at the time of purchase. Payments, subscription billing, and billing management are handled through Stripe.
Tokens may be used when a generation job is queued. If a generation request fails before the job is created, the spent tokens are restored automatically.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval you choose unless cancelled. You can manage supported billing changes and cancellations through the billing tools we make available.
Third Parties
Some features of Instashorts rely on third-party services, including payment providers, hosting and infrastructure providers, and source platforms such as YouTube or Reddit when you choose to use content from those platforms.
Those third-party services have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and content rules. We are not responsible for third-party services or for whether source content remains available on those services.
Availability
Instashorts is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be delayed, interrupted, changed, degraded, or unavailable from time to time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted service, and error-free or accurate outputs.
Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay, misuse tokens, or if continued operation would be unlawful or impractical. You may stop using the service at any time.
Some records may remain after account closure when needed for billing, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, backups, or legitimate business records.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, platform takedowns, unavailable source videos, or publishing decisions based on generated outputs.
You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content, your use of generated outputs, your violation of these terms, your violation of third-party rights, or your use of third-party source material.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated terms apply when posted or when we otherwise give notice, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
