This Privacy Policy explains how Instashorts handles personal information. In this policy, "Instashorts," "we," "us," and "our" mean the Instashorts service, which is operated in Denmark.

Instashorts helps you create, preview, save, export, and manage short-form video content. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you may have.

• Account information, such as your email address, display name, avatar, and account profile details.
• Content and settings you submit, such as prompts, scripts, links, titles, captions, voice choices, background selections, generator settings, and export preferences.
• Library and generation records, such as saved drafts, generated outputs, status information, subtitles, metadata, and related activity in your account.
• Billing information, such as token balances, purchases, subscription status, invoices, payment history, and related billing records.
• Technical and usage information, such as authentication cookies, browser and device data, logs needed to run and secure the service, and local preferences saved in your browser.

We do not store full payment card numbers ourselves. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

• To create and manage your account, sign you in, and keep the service secure.
• To generate videos, show previews, save drafts and generators, deliver exports, and otherwise provide the features you use.
• To process payments, manage tokens and subscriptions, provide billing support, and prevent duplicate or fraudulent charges.
• To respond to support requests, troubleshoot problems, monitor performance, and protect the service and our users.

We share information only as needed to run Instashorts, process payments, provide features you request, comply with the law, or protect the service.

• With service providers that help us operate Instashorts, such as hosting, authentication, storage, and payment providers.
• With payment providers such as Stripe to process purchases, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management.
• With third-party services that support features you choose to use, including AI-assisted features and source platforms where you submit links or source material.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, secure the service, and support core product functionality.

We may also store limited local preferences in your browser. We do not sell personal information or use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide Instashorts, maintain your account and library, operate billing, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

You may be able to delete some content, such as drafts, from your account. Even after deletion, we may retain certain information for backups, billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate recordkeeping.

We may also keep temporary files, caches, and logs for limited periods where needed for performance, security, troubleshooting, and export delivery.
